By using the UV Magik website and apps (including SafeSonic and SootheSonic), you agree to these terms. UV Magik is a trading name of Wavefarm Productions, Ireland — card statements for purchases show UVMAGIK.
UV Magik apps are informational and wellbeing tools only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. SafeSonic provides sound-level estimates from a smartphone microphone, which are not a substitute for a calibrated sound-level meter or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional about any health or safety concern.
Use the apps lawfully and as intended. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the services.
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing and terms are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel through the store or billing provider you purchased from. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Our apps are actively developed: features, content (such as soundscapes), and the split between free and paid tiers may be added to, changed, or improved over time. We aim for changes to add value, and we will not remove a core paid feature you actively rely on without reasonable notice. Prices for new purchases may change; changes to the price of an existing subscription will be notified to you in advance, with the option to cancel before they apply. We may update these terms from time to time — the "last updated" date above will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
If something isn't working or you're unhappy with a purchase, email hello@uvmagik.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's refund process. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer in your jurisdiction (including withdrawal rights for digital purchases where applicable).
The apps, website, and branding are owned by UV Magik. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use them.
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UV Magik is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the apps.
